WORLD’S TOUGHEST ROW 2025

An epic 3,000-mile row across the Atlantic

Seas Life is a crew of four friends taking on the World’s Toughest Row 2025; a brutal, beautiful endurance race where teams from across the globe pit themselves against the raw power of the Atlantic Ocean.

We’ll row 3,000 miles, unsupported, from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to English Harbour, Antigua. It’s a test of grit, sleep deprivation, blistered hands, and friendship, all in a 28-foot rowing boat we’ll call home for 5 to 6 weeks.

We’re doing it to raise awareness and funds for causes that mean the world to us: supporting injured athletes, veterans, people living with Parkinson’s, and those fighting motor neuron disease.

And no, we weren’t drunk when we signed up, just wildly motivated by adventure, purpose, and a shared belief in doing something hard for causes that truly matter.

THE CHALLENGE

ROWING FOR LIFE-CHANGING CAUSES

Team Seas Life is taking on one of the world’s toughest endurance challenges to raise funds and awareness for six charities making a real difference, from life-changing injury support to pioneering medical research and veteran care.

We’re rowing for those who inspire us with their resilience, strength, and courage. Every mile we row is dedicated to the people and causes that drive us forward. This is our way of giving back, proving that purpose and perseverance can create meaningful change.

We’re making every stroke count, for those who can’t, those who won’t stop trying, and those who live life to the full no matter what.
